How Pricing Works
Every dog is unique, and so is every grooming session. My pricing is based on your dog's size, coat type, condition, and temperament. Instead of a one-size-fits-all rate, I offer personalized quotes to ensure you’re never taken by surprise.
Clients who schedule regular appointments every 4 to 8 weeks receive preferred pricing. Dogs that are groomed less frequently may need additional time and care due to the condition of their coats, and will be charged accordingly.
To receive an accurate quote, please send a photo of your dog when you request your appointment. I will respond with pricing before we finalize the booking.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change at the time of the service.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. In the case of same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service amount will be charged.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if something comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. I am always willing to work with you when adequate notice is given.
Preferred Client Pricing
At Serenity Paws, consistency is rewarded. Clients on a recurring schedule are eligible for my preferred client pricing:

Preferred pricing is maintained as long as the schedule remains consistent. I understand that life happens so schedule adjustments are handled on a case by case basis. Pre-booking and set schedules are strongly encouraged as availability is limited.
